Our Company
Museum Resources International
owns and operates Advance Guard Militaria. Our management
and staff is comprised largely of unemployable graduates of
Southeast Missouri State University’s Historic Preservation
program. Before AGM was founded in 1997, our staff members
held jobs such as Historic Records Archivist, Museum Exhibit
Designer, Collections Registrar, and Historic Site Interpreter.
The guy who runs this show even worked for a while as a tobacco
farm hand, ox driver, and fence rail splitter. (explains a
lot...)
AGM Manager Jeff Shrader grew up attending estate auctions
and helping out in the family antique shop/furniture restoration
business. He began collecting militaria when he was 10 years
old. Realizing that no matter what he could never own it all,
he now collects vicariously through the customers and museums
served by AGM!
We publish 700 item direct sale catalogs every 6-8 weeks,
both in print and on the net at www.advanceguardmilitaria.com.
Our ‘First Dibs Guarantee’ ensures an atmosphere
